I just upgraded VBR 10.x to 11.0.0.837.
I was able to revoke 2 sockets (as 2x ESXi were decommissioned).
Then I realised that when I try to access the Enterprise manager (literally a browser link on the server itself), I was not able to access. All Veeam services were running but some like Veeam Backup Enterprise manager were set to Automatic (delayed start). The error was "ERR_Connection_refused". HTTPS://IP_address:9443

Can you please clarify if Enterprise Manager was upgraded to v11 as well? There is a requirement to upgrade EM together with Veeam B&R (or upgrade EM prior installing the upgrade on the backup servers). Thanks!
