Howdy,
I found that i had specified SSH credentials, so I guess I am stuck then and will have to re-create and re-replicate all my jobs. That is a bit of a pain for sure.
Cheers

Re: Unable to change replica Target Host
Hi,
I have a scenario where I am trying to move the target location of a job onto an ESX 4.1 host. I am getting the error
"...host uses different data transfer mode than the original host and cannot be selected"
The thing is, I'm reasonably certain the job was using SSH agent mode before. I've provided the SSH credentials to the new host, and I thought it supported agent mode. I've enabled SSH for the root user, am I am using that, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue...
Any ideas why it doesn't want to work?

Re: Unable to change replica Target Host
It's hard to tell what is the reason without seeing full log files. I would recommend contacting our support and providing all log files to compare the transfer mode for both hosts.
