Unable to create case
Hello, I am unable to create cases on the supportweb because of supportID is unable to add to my account. How to fix? Propartner portal.

Are you a case or license administrator for this support ID?
If not, you must talk to the license administrator which can assign you case administrator role:

The issue is that this is a rental license so it is in the vcsp-pulse portal.

I see that you are the Service Provider. So it should be possible to open support cases for your licenses.
I will send you the license administrator over DM. Please try to login with the license admin and see if you can open support cases and assign the case administrator to other users in your organization.
