Hello all,
I have recently executed a one-time copy of an existing Backup copy job., which completed successfully.
Prior to this action I have set the existing Backup copy job in disable to prevent new data from accumulating during the one-time copy. However, when trying to enable back the Backup copy job - I have any error which says "Unable to enable the job due to active Move/Copy Backup operations."
Has anyone experienced this before?
Thank you,
Ghiula Vuap

Re: Unable to enable job after a copy
Hi ghiula,
The message itself tells the issue pretty clearly; there seems to be an active Move / Copy backup operation being detected.
If you do not see an active Move / Copy operation in the running sessions, then it's a technical issue and you must open a Support Case as is noted when creating a topic. As per the forum rules, all technical issues must go through Veeam Support. Only once the issue is concluded and you have questions about the resolution / functionality, then you can post on the technical issue as long as you provide your case number.
So please check as the message tells for active Move / Copy operations, and if you cannot see them, open a support case.
