Hello,
I've four backup jobs blocked à 0% on a VM. I try to stop them with the GUI, removed the Veeam snapshots, restart the process, but nothing worked. The jobs are locked on running state and even unable to restart them.
Could you help me to understand why it goes wrong and how I can release them ?
Regards,
O.Simpère

Re: Unable to stop backup jobs
Hello,
Please check that there are no VeeamAgent processes running on your backup server. You could do that by checking the Task Manager -> Processes tab. You may end all Veeam processes and re-open the GUI. That should help you.
Thanks!

Re: Unable to stop backup jobs
You can try restarting VM to stop running jobs, it works even if it's not a solution...
