Uninstall problem

The Veeam installed on Windows XP VM and I want remove it and install it on new Windows 2003 VM,
the Windows XP VM hang during the uninstallation, so used Windows task manager to close it and go back
to add/remove program to check Veeam whether removed, Veeam not in add/remove program but I can open it
from all program bar. The following error displayed when open it:

Hello, you can try to install it again, then uninstall. Alternatively, you can simply delete Veeam Backup folder from Start menu, and from Program Files manually. Thanks!

Please check that specified account is not disabled and try installing using another account, that has local administrator privileges on this machine.
