Deas,
I am using Veeam Comunity and backing up 6 VM and 2 Windows Agent but appears unlicense next to one of them , please any clarification.

and welcome to the forums.
6+2 is 8 instances. That's fine for community edition, which allows 10 instances. I guess there are some old backups somewhere that are still counting against the license limit. Did you already check the license information.
Did you already search the exact error message in the forums / internet?

You can also open the Instances tab in the license information view. There you will see the licensed entities, if you click manage, you can revoke a license from a particular workload. Also, it might be the standalone agent that is connected to a backup server that consumes licenses due "Allow unlicensed agents to consume instances" option is enabled. Thanks!

I have only using 9 from 10 instances , So My question is, does the Free license allow only 1 windows agent licence ?
as i understood that from the license details.

Community Edition allows up to 10 instances, you have already assigned 9 out of them and have the last 1 that can be assigned to the selected agent (currently the license seems to be revoked from it).
