Update Veeam B&R Community Edition

Hi team,
we have the Veeam B&R Community Edition version 9.5.4.2615.
We need to update B&R Community Edition to the newest version, but before we need to update to 9.5.4.2866(Update 4b).

Can we use this link https://www.veeam.com/kb2970 for Update the Community edition to 9.5.4.2866?
I click Download Update, but I don't see this: "Email with your activation link has been sent to ..."

Can you help me?

Welcome to Veeam R&D forums.

Yes, you may either use the above link or locate the required update in the "Previous versions" section of the website. You should be logged in to get it downloaded and the download starts automatically once you are logged in and clicked the link.

If you are after registering a new account, you need to verify your email address first. Check your spam folder for the email as well - it must be somewhere in your box.

only I can download the Veeam B&R 11 Community Edition, but for the olders versions I don't receive the email with the activation link. I have checked all my Outlook and I don't see.

There is no "activation link". As mentioned above, the download session starts automatically through the web browser once you have clicked "Download".

Access to older product versions requires a maintenance contract, so you won't be able to get those. I'm afraid a clean V11 install is the only option in your case. Thanks!

I just spoke to our website team. You should have access to the previous product versions webpage if you have a valid business email associated with your account. If you are trying to download a previous product version without a valid business email being associated with the account, the system will notify you and ask for a business email. We've even checked that under a test account, so you should be good to download both 9.5U4b as well as other releases but not hotfixes and patches. The latter is only available for users having an active maintenance contract.
