Hello All,
I am currently running Veeam 9.5.0.1922 and I am trying to upgrade to 9.5.4.2753. I have downloaded the .ISO from the following page:
https://www.veeam.com/kb2926
I have started the process and when the wizard gets to the point where I need to point to my license file I get the following error:
"The provided License is not valid"
I did see that the licensing model has changed from my current licensing "Subscription per VM" to the new "Veeam Instance Licensing". I did also see a big green button on my portal that states "Get new licenses" however that just redirects me to my current licenses. It is not very clear that I need to upgrade to this new license and if I do what the process might be to accomplish that.
Can anyone help me out here with what I might need to do to install this update.
Thanks,
Scott

Re: Upgrade 9.5.0.1922 to 9.5 4a
Hello! Everyone with the valid subscription licenses should have their replacement Instance license waiting for them at the customer portal. If you have any issues obtaining or installing this replacement license, please open a "Licensing" support case. Thanks!

I figured it out. I am not our license manager and so my info was not very clear. Once I got the license manager to login and go to the page it was easy. Thanks for the reply.
