Upgrade 9.5.4.2615 to 9.5.4.2615
Hi Guys,
how can I upgrade my RTM Version 9.5.4.2615 to 9.5.4.2615?
If I mount the .2615 iso, I get a message "Another Version of this product is allready installed"
Thanks

Hey there Dom.
Not directly via the ISO media.
There is a way where you can use the configuration database in combination with an uninstall/reinstall otherwise you can wait for a 0-Day Update that we will be releasing shortly to get the build numbers in sync and that also includes the small amount of fixes we had between RTM and GA.

I am currently running build 9.5.4.2399 and got the "Another version of this product is already installed" message.
Is there a release time frame for the 0-Day update?

.2399 is RTM Build.
I haven't got an ETA myself, but I know it's in the works. I'm sure someone from the PM team will jump on this thread and give an update.
Just to clarify, unless you have a specific problem that's got an active case and is resolved via a hot-fix there is no pressing need to jump from RTM to GA right away. If you have no issues, then you can wait for the 0-day.

Re: Upgrade 9.5.4.2615 to 9.5.4.2615
Hi, i've got the same problem, and do have an urgent matter, after the upgrade to 9.5.4.2399 my agent licence is not valid anymore, so i've combined (merge) these with my B&R licence, but the .2399 installation says this is not a valid licence for this product.
Now al my agent backups fail because i've got no valid licence. The VM backups work as should.
Any news on the patch?

Have you received new instance-based license (agent license replacement) via licensing management portal? Thanks!
