upgrade community v4 to v4b

Before I do this does anyone know of any problems. It's my "toy" lab, 2 ESXi, 1 vCenter, 8 VMs to USB disk.

I presume you are talking about 9.5 update 4 to 4b? This is fully supported and there shouldn't be any issues. You can check the release notes for more info.
