upgrade from 12.0.0.1154 to 12.0.0.1420?

Is there a way to upgrade from beta version 12.0.0.1154 to 12.0.0.1420? When we bought our license last year a feature we needed was only available in the beta version so we had to use it, Now I want to upgrade since the current production release has that feature. I opened a ticket and support told me that there is no upgrade path from my version to the current version. Someone has to have a fix or edit that I can do so I dont lose all my current job configs and backups. I tried doing an in place upgrade but it wont install saying that another version of the software is installed. I tried the uninstall and install the new version. Cant import my config backup, it errors incompatible backup.
Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Yes, our support team is correct with there statement. There is no upgrade path from beta to the released version.
We always provide this important note when we share the Beta with a customer. Our beta builds are solely meant for test environments and never to be in to used in production.

May I ask, can you send me a private message here in the forum and share with me how and who got you access to the Beta? I want to check some things internally.
