Upgrade from 9.5.4.2339 to 9.5.4.2615 ?

We upgraded servers to 9.5.4 today but unfortunately two different iso's were used on different servers.
Now when trying to upgrade .2339 to .2615 the setup.exe wizard has the relevant install/upgrade tiles grayed out with the message that a different version is already installed.

1x Enterprise Manager server and 1x Backup and replication server on .2339
2x Backup and replication servers on .2615

What is the process to upgrade the servers on .2339?

Are you sure about 2339, because the RTM build number is 2399?

The build number 2615 is related to the GA version of the product. In order to update 2339 RTM build you should apply Day 0 Update.
