Upgrade from 9.5U3 to 9.5U4a not starting : running jobs detected

Hi,

I am upgrading a 9.5u3 server to 9.5u4a.

I am running the setup.exe from VeeamBackup&Replication_9.5.4.2753.Update4a.iso.

As displayed, I clicked to upgrade Enterprise Manager first. Then I get a message saying "Some Veeam Backup & Replication jobs are still running. Please stop and disable all jobs, then click Retry..."

All the Jobs on the only Backup Server managed by this Enterprise Manager are either disabled or not scheduled...

Do you have an idea where to look ?

To disable a backup or backup copy job just highlight the job then select disable in the popup window. VBR allows you to perform multiple selects.

All scheduled jobs are disabled.

If all else fails, try stopping all the Veeam services.
