Upgrade License File Delay

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems obtaining upgrade license files?

We bought an upgrade to Enterprise Pro a week ago and have yet to receive our upgrade license key from our reseller.

When I phoned them today, they said that Veeam was having a technical issue supplying license keys?

Seems a bit odd to me!

Hi Paul,

It shouldn't be a problem, at least I'm not aware of any issues for the license generation engine. If you don't receive the license key by the end of the week, please let me know your Reseller, so I could forward this issue to our sales team.

Just an update.

Apparently our reseller says that their distributor Arrow (in the UK) has a new system which no longer talks to Veeam's licensing system and therefore they are unable to access my license file.

Our reseller has a number of customers waiting on license files from Arrow. This issue has been ongoing for a week or so.

If you could pass this onto your sales team that would be great.
