Hi
We are currently running B&R build 11.00.837 FIPS P20210401
I see that there is a newer version available and have downloaded B&R build 11.00.837 20210525
I have attempted to run the installer from the mounted ISO and there is no option to run an upgrade on the existing installation
IE there is no Upgrade tile from the initial screen, only Install, Documentation and Training.
On the right, it does say that B&R Console is already installed.
If I then click the tile for Install, it appears the only option available to me is to repair or uninstall.
Please advise? Thank you

Re: Upgrade option not available
If you are on any build of V11 GA or later, you need to use the update exe. You get it from here:
https://www.veeam.com/kb4126
The iso is only for older releases before V11 or new installations.

Re: Upgrade option not available
Hi,
Fabian's right, patch is a way to go.
Usually this information is highlighted in KB and you can find the list of the patches with links to KB in this thread.
"Upgrade from previous versions" means you are going to switch the product version (v10 -> v11), not the patch number.
Thanks!

Re: Upgrade option not available
Thank you kindly, that did the trick.
I am sure the last upgrade I did was from version 10 to version 11, hence why the ISO upgrade worked fine last time.
Thanks
