I have updated the RTM, but if I want to upgrade console or enterprise manager, the "buttons" are greyed (Other version of this product is already installed .... for all 3 "buttons" .... B&R, Ent. Manager, Console).

Hello Sebastijan

Can you please clarify your post? Tell me if I'm correct in my assumption - you had the RTM version of B&R deployed only, then you updated GA, and then installed Enterprise Manager GA on this host. Am I right?

If the statement above is true, you must install Enterprise Manager RTM version first and then update it to GA version.

Yes I know that, and I have RTM R&B and ENT. Manager on the same host. After upgrade with that "update" there is still "warning" that I have a different version installed on that host.

Can you post a screenshot of the installed version and grayed out buttons you're referring to?

But the splash screen shows already build 902, which is GA, as you said you upgraded. Isn't that you are trying to re-run the GA install over the GA version?

Update 0 that you have installed should update Enterprise Manager and Veeam console as well, that's why all these options are grayed out.

Yes I know that. But just for information ... when you install the "new" v9 on host and you run setup again, the "buttons" aren't greyed out. :)
Another thing, the version in add/remove (control panel) stays .773. All other services NFS, ... are "updated". If I checked in "veeam B&R, about" version is correct.

That's expected, cause RTM + Update 0 is not the same as GA version for the setup wizard. As for the add and remove programs stats, I will let our QA know about that.
