Upgrade Veeam Backup and FastSCP

I have downloaded the installation files for Veeam Backup and Replication 4.0 but received a "trial" license. Does this package upgrade the Veeam Backup and FastSCP 3.1 or do I need to do a new install? Did I possibly download the wrong product? If so, which product should I download to upgrade our currently licensed product?
