Upgrading from 9.5U4 RTM to 9.5U4 GA

I downloaded and installed the 9.5.4.2399 RTM a few weeks ago. Now that 9.5u4 GA is available, I was going to run the setup to update to the GA version 9.5.4.2615. However, when I run the setup, it advises that another version of Veeam is installed and doesn't give any option to apply the setup.

Will I be forced to uninstall the RTM and then install the GA, or is it that the versions aren't different enough to warrant the update so the software won't do it?

Hello Mark,

You can uninstall the RTM build and then point the GA installation to the existing database, or you can wait till Day 0 Update is released (soon) which will upgrade your RTM installation to the GA version.
