Hello Franks,
Veeam Backup & Replication currently does not support integration with Citrix virtual machines but you can protect those machines with Veeam Agents. Take a look at this guide for more information related to agent management and agent backup capabilities. Cheers!

Within Veeam Backup and Replication we have a functionality that allows you to protect physical machines by installing agents inside operating system. This is also a recommended approach for protecting VMs running on virtual platforms we do not support currently.
Kindly, take a look at the referenced User Guide page that should clarify your questions.

Hi veremin,
So please you mean that with Veam Backup and Replication we can protect physical machines by installing agents inside operating system but VMs that runing on Citrix you can't do it with the agent or VMs on ESXI hosts.
Thank you

Franks, are you talking about „VMs on Citrix Xenserver“ or „VMs on ESXI Server with Citrix XenApp installed“?
In the first case, use Veeam Agent.
In the second case, use vSphere VM Backup.
