User-Supplied Prefreeze

I have 5 VM's in one Veeam backup and one of them is failing with the following error:

"Cannot create a quiesced snapshot because the (user-supplied) custom prefreeze script in the virtual machine exited with a nonzero return code."

What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Never mind - found out my Domino Administrator was in there playing around on the server.
