users roles

Hello,

I try to define user role with Veeam Backup 4.0.
I add a new user in "users and roles" menu with "Veeam Backup Viewer" role ... but when I log into my server with this user I can't start Veeam Backup :
Failed to connect to server mysqlserver.mydomain.my Echec de l'ouverture de session de l'utilisateur 'my_ad\jone' (Failed to connect user)
I'll add the user in secuirty connection for database Veeambackup.. but don't work .. SQL error ...
Where is my problem ?
