Using CBT to replicate from one source to many targets

Is it possible to use Change Block Tracking from a single source VM to multiple target replicas using Veeam 4? We currently use Veeam jobs to replicate our VM's to two locations on different schedules and I was wondering if I can improve the performance of both jobs by using CBT.
