Using Veeam to Replicate

Hi,

We are using Veeam Backup V7 to backup all the VM's daily between 6pm and 8:30pm

We want to also use Veeam to replicate the VM's to a another ESX Server (currently on the same site) but will be moved once all setup and working.

Questions:

Can i run Veeam Backup & Veeam Replication jobs?
I ma new to Veeam replication, where is a good place for me to look for best practices etc..any links would be helpful
Are there any good how to guides?

Sure! It`s a good practice to replicate VMs running critical applications.
