Using wring IP-address for communication

Post by Pajje »

Hello Everyone!

I'm trying to get a SQL transaction-log backup to work and when i look in the log i get the following error:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I then see that i tries to use the wrong IP. The server has 3 NIC's with different IP's, 1 for LAN and 2 for iSCSI. The iSCSI is an isolated network.

I's it possible to tell Veeam which IP-address to use for Proxies if it has multiple IP-addresses?

By default, it should use the one that was used to add proxy server in Veeam B&R UI. You can also use preferred networks setting to control this.
