V11 Config migrate from V10 to V11?

Hi
i want to virtualize my Veeam Server. At the momment the Veeam v10 is installed. So what are correct steps to migrate to VM?
I cannot Restart Server where at the momment Veeam is installed. So i cannot upgrade them to V11.
Is it possible that i install on new VM Veeam V11 and then Import the backup configuration from V10?
Or muss i install on VM the same Version of Veeam which i have on HP Server in my Case V10 , migrate Server and then upgrade the vm Server v10 to v11?

v10 Configuration Restore will work just fine on a fresh v11 VBR server!
