v12.3 postgres credentials

Hi, i was using 12.2 and mssql database. the upgrade to 12.3 installs postgres but did not install pgadmin. I ran the installer post install and added pgadmin. Neither the veeam upgrade nor the second run of the install asked me for postgres user credentials. I tried blank but that is not accepted. Is veeam setting a default pw for this account during the upgrade to 12.3?

i did find this, https://www.veeam.com/kb4542 and added my account to the list and I was able to login. I am curious about your default install options. I can rarely communicate with support without them requesting a DB backup. It seems like that wouldn't be possible by installing the pgadmin utility and granting yourself access.
