Is there anything I need to consider for Copy Jobs to SMB share repository when upgrading from V11 to V12?
I upgraded from V12 to V12. All backup jobs to local drive are running fine. Sources are Hyper-V VM, Windows file server and Windows agent. Also the existing copy jobs to another local drive are running fine. What does not work is the Copy job to off-site SMB share. It is hanging at "0%, 0 B transferred at 0 KB/s". No error message I can see.
Did I missed something?

Re: V12: Copy job to off-site SMB
Hello Tobias,
That might be an upgrade issue. Please make sure that the gateway assigned to the smb repo was upgraded too under backup infrastructure. Thanks!

Re: V12: Copy job to off-site SMB
I do not know which of the following steps was the key as I both did before I tried again. It now is working.
- I did a re-scan of all backup infrastructure. I already did once before and I already updated everything. I did not notice that during re-scan any further upgrade was done.
- I changed gateway from "auto" to "IP of Hyper-V Host" that also is Veeam backup server.
One of the steps before did the trick.
