[MOD] Split from 12.1.2 topic

Following the latest teleases we decided to wait at least half a year to upgrade to a new version, since v12 its been a rollercoaster, veeam has been a #1 in terms of tickets opened per month.

Lots of issues and QA bugs. Since december we now have first dev hotfix to freezing jobs, still not rolled into vanilla VBR, still not acknowledged by veeam, despite being all over reddit and even here.

gMSAs are non working for us since introduction, been to l1, then l2, then l1 again. Patch god knows when.

After this experience strict half a year waiting time, I am not getting paid to be a beta tester by veeam, yet
