I have a strong feeling that independent Health Check session is more respectful to "Email Notifications" options in general Options menu, rather than specific job settings.
Will check with the team.

I have "success" unchecked in the general options and still receive the "health check successful" daily email.

The fix is included in the 12.1.1 update which should be released soon.
