v12 - New PostgreSQL Backup feature, not for Windows Machines?

Hello,
i was wondering if the new PostgreSQL Backup feature is also available on Windows Machines, or is it currently limited to Linux Machines only?
We upgraded yesterday to v12 and our PostgreSQL 13 Server was not recognized by application-aware processing.
