This was basically a vanilla Server 2019 with v11 installed, nothing configured.
Not opening a case since it's not in production yet, no jobs were configured, nothing really done to it yet. I'm going to uninstall v11 and install v12 (with Postgres)
Yes, support will need logs if you want this investigated. But this is most likely a one-off and environment=specific issue due to some inconsistency in the configuration.
