Just created this case: # 08028083
We have an newly created environment (small for now, only around 10 vmware vms to backup), it based on the Veeam software appliance.
But we face the issue that after some small tasks, like opening FLR browser window, the veeam part of the VSA stalls and completly dies, both the webgui and veeam remote console gets unresponsive, and only way to fix it is to reboot the VSA vm/appliance.
When it dies the svc.veeambackup.log is filled with:
Npgsql.NpgsqlException.... Failed to connect to /run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432
Anybody tried the same and maybe got a solution? Waiting for support to come back.
The VSA server it self runs as it should, the veeam host management works fine and super reponsive.
