This concerns the "support days remaining". I could have sworn this morning it said "307".

Due to an AVG update, I had to reboot the server. Now it says "231" days remaining.

I will keep an eye out to see if it decrements properly.

Are you talking about Veeam B&R backup server or Enterprise Manager?

Probably, some UI glitch - the number was not updated until the console (or the entire server) was restarted. Please monitor the further behavior.

It *looks* like, if you keep the app open all the time, as I do, it will not increment. If you simply close and re-open the app, then it reports fine.

I am assuming this is by design.

Not really, this would be a bug because we want you to be aware about support running out... I have forwarded this to QC for reproducing, thank you.
