The corresponding node will appear, once the HP storage is added to console of Veeam Backup & Replication server. Thanks.

Kindly, click a small icon situated under “backup infrastructure” node, and add HP device there. Thanks.

Hi,

sorry I must be missing something but this is what I see
Image

and on all other installs I see a San Infrastructure node below the backup infrastructure node.
there is no option to add storage in the backup infrastructure node.

Hmm, I’m wondering, then, what product edition and version (Help -> About) you’re using. Thanks.

Probably, I should have asked it first, but have you added at least one vCenter Server or ESX(i) host to Veeam Backup & Replication? Thanks.

Just to piggyback onto Vladimir's post there are a few pre-requisites as stated in the User Guide, these can be found on page 369. If you meet all of these pre-requisites and are still unable to see this tab then just let us know.

Hi,

Thank you v.Eremin that was the issue, I went straight to add the storage first, interesting that you have to add a vCentre first.

cheers for the help.

SAN integration can only be used in VMware environment, so there is no sense to show this option for Hyper-V users and for customers that didn't add anything yet ;)
