v8 references KB2183292 for Exchange >3mb restore

In the v8 release notes it says that in order to restore Exchange items larger than 3 MB, to refer to this MS Fix: https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStu ... adID=30226

I'm unclear what to do with this - trying to install this on my 2012 R2 Veeam backup server fails saying it's not applicable. Surely this wouldn't need to go on the Exchange servers themselves?

Release date of this update is 7/21/2010. Most likely it is already injected into 2012 R2 (or the issue is addressed in some other way). Have you tried sending restored items larger than 3MB already? No need to install it if you don't experience this specific issue.
