Wondering in general if anyone has guidance or thoughts on this:
Is it seen as generally safe to go from version 9.5.x to version 11 even though version 11 is fairly new? Or should I consider going to 10 instead for a while? I already got detailed instructions from support on how to do the upgrade since I'll need to do a 9.5.x -> 9.5.4.2866 -> 11.x
We have a fairly small install base of less than a half dozen hyper-v servers. I'm just wondering if there are 'gotchas' I'm not aware of or if I'm maybe looking to move too far too quickly with a backup system? Maybe I should upgrade to 10 and wait for a few months?
Any thoughts?
