VA mode not hot removing drives when completed
I have Veeam doing a number of replication jobs every night. After a few days of running normally drives seem to start to "stick" and not be removed when veeam is done backing them up . Needless to say this is causing a number of issues. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hello William,
Can you tell us what version of Veeam Backup and Replication are you currently using? Do you see this behavior for successful or for failed jobs?
Actually, It's hard to tell anything specific without the logs, so please send them to support@veeam.com and our techincal support team will be able to assist you on resolving this issue.
Thank you!

Re: VA mode not hot removing drives when completed
The jobs with the servers having a few vmdk's fail. Those with only 1 disk complete successfully. I have one server with 5 vmdk's so I am wondering if that server is pushing some kind of limit for the number of attached drives possibly.
I have sent the logs to the address you indicated.

William, just wanted to check what Veeam Backup version are you running, and whether you have disabled automount on Veeam Backup server?

I am using 4.1
Automount is enabled. Is that an issue?

It would be best to let our technical staff investigate the log files to determine what was the issue for sure, but you may want to disable automount in all cases.
