Hi.
When Veeam copy job is running how many sessions are established from source to destination from network perspective?
Is this all traffic in 1 session or does VBR use multiple session to extend the load?

Re: VBR - sessions in copy job?
Hi Bostjan,
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ht=streams
Check this section of the User Guide as I suspect this is what you're inquiring about. It can be adjusted depending on your network needs; increasing streams is not typically required or recommended as this can exhaust the available connections/ports pretty fast as per the article. Testing with iperf and the -P flag should help you for your planning, as it will simulate the same behavior and you can find the "sweet spot" for a transfer; I would honestly just test with a copy of a reasonably sized VBK file and transfer it with iperf and see how the different values of -P work out, but in most cases you don't need to touch this setting.
