VBR v9 console login problem

Hi there,

I can't login to VBR v9 console unless Use windows session authentication is ticked...
I'm getting access denied when logging in with same user with unticked option.
Is there a workaround for this?
I suspect that's the reason why I can't add server into Veeam ONE.

Matjaž, please verify the credentials you're supplying and contact support for a closer look at your setup.

Hi Matjaz,

i had a similar problem a few weeks ago.
At first solved it by using the FQDN of the Account and after a reboot of the VEEAM Backup Server everything worked fine.

Creds are OK, when wrong you got the logon attempt failed, i've got access denied for same user.
I guess I need to open support case then.

Thanks for the tip Lutz! I've tried both fqdn\user and user@fqdn + restart but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. will need to open support.
