Hello, Veeam
Looking at current set of AV exclusions KBs I couldn't quite tell how VCC+VSPC enviroment is to be configured:
https://www.veeam.com/kb1999
https://www.veeam.com/kb2644
I would be really thankful if you could you clarify set of rules having next setup:
1. VCC server
2. VCC GWs (cloud GWs, not repo GWs)
3. For VSPC two separated servers - Front end and Back end
Thanks in advance!

Re: VCC+VSPC AV exclusions
Hello,
1. would be KB1999. It's the same software, just different license
2. good point, pretty sure it should be in the list with proxies / gateway server. I will come back once there is an update
3. the web UI would be the just Microsoft IIS with our web application. I see no reason for antivirus exclusions, but yes, probably makes sense to mention it explicitly in KB2644
Best regards,
Hannes

Re: VCC+VSPC AV exclusions
Hello,
no news on updating the document. Asking the other way around: did my answer work (implementing the exclusions for proxies & gateways from KB1999)?
Best regards,
Hannes

Re: VCC+VSPC AV exclusions
Hello,
both KBs are updated
kb1999:
- "Veeam Backup & Replication server" was changed to "Veeam Backup Server", which is the term used by both the Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Cloud Connect user guide to describe the machine upon which the software is primarily installed.
- Cloud Gateways servers were added: %programdata%\Veeam
kb2644:
Changed wording from "Server where Veeam Service Provider Console" is installed to "Server where Veeam Service Provider Console Server Component is installed". Additionally, a small note has been added below that heading which states: "In a Distributed Installation, the following exclusions only need to be applied to the machine where the Server Component is installed
Best regards,
Hannes
