I have the exact same problem. Exchange 2010 under Windows Server 2008 and logs are not being truncated.
how did you solve it? Settings are correct.

Hi Cosme, please contact technical support for closer investigation. Such issues are likely to be environmental (e.g. in the case mentioned in this thread restarting of both nodes in the DAG helped), so logs review is required. Thanks!
