Veeam 12.3 upgrade
Current License is Advanced Platform do I just download that download in our portal and do the upgrade it will upgrade both B&R and V1 or do I need to download them separately and upgrade separately?
If so is there a particular order to do it in V1 first then B&R or vice versa?

Yes, download the the iso for major/minor upgrades (eg. 11 > 12, 12.1 > 12.3).
The correct upgrade order is always:
1. Veeam One
2. Veeam Enterprise Manager
3. Veeam Backup & Replication
