Veeam 4 Error

Running Veeam 4 in my lab fails:
- Veeam 4 installed on a 2008 R2 x64 server (hardware).
- ESX 4 with local storage
- Backup target: iSCSI device
- Backupjob contains single VM, 2008 R2 x64, (backupjob through vCenter as VM)

Backupjob fails with the following error message:
Finalizing target session TextToTar failed Client error: Update of the storage [I:\Veeam4Backups\FileServer.vbk] is not supported. Storage version: [1480871497]. Failed to backup text locally. <........> Server error: End of file

Any clues?

Jan-Thore, I am sorry - I saw you said you are running v4 in the lab, so I assumed it was clean install. But now I see from the error, that you have probably done upgrade from the previous version (not sure, please confirm). Is this correct? And what version was it that you have upgraded?

It is a fresh install of V4, on a newly rebuilt (2008 R2 x64) backup server. Since you ask (and it's a newly built OS), I've been thinking about testing the iSCSI Initiator setup later tonight. I seem to recall I had an issue with it before the OS reinstall. I'll get back to you on that.....

OK, I did "reset" the iSCSI Initiator (the one "native" to 2008 R2), and VB4 works a treat!
(Initial full backup is slow as ever, but the subsequent backups just rocks!!)
