Veeam 6,1 Enterprise Manager login credentials lost

We do have a silly problem in here, Admin did install the etnperise manager and left.

So we dont have the login name or password.

is someone able to show me the way to reset that login credentials? I did try the domainname\ administrator followed by password, but no chance.

Marcel, by default, local Administrators group is assigned a Portal Administrator role in Enterprise Manager, so you can try to use some other account that has administrative rights on this computer to log in (if these settings were not altered after Enterprise Manager installation).

Another tip to try is to reset this guy's account password in AD.

well, the default ad admins login credentials do NOT work, so i really don t know if that guy entered another name/password combo.

Whare are these settings stored?
