I would like to ask for a feature request. It would be great to have an option to store the backups with individual files (per vm). Currently Veeam stores the backup in one big file. The issue with this, is that my Veeam server is not connected to a tape library. We use Veeam to backup the virtual environment and then Symantec takes the files to tape. If I have to restore a backup from tape, I have to restore that huge file, then go and restore my VM. This takes a long time. I know I can just create a job per VM, but that will create a scheduling nightmare and creates too much work. It would be great if you guys gave us that option to store the backup in that way. This will help us greatly inhouse and in our DR environment.
Thank you.

Re: Veeam 6.5 and backup jobs logic
Hello Sergio,
Thank you for the feedback!
By the way, why not to use Veeam for storing backup files to tapes?
