All,
We recently deployed VEEAM and as part of permission we had to grant access to all the users that would logging into the console permissions to the SQL database as well. Is it supposed to be designed this way? Why isn't hte service account handling all the communications to the database?

Re: Veeam 6 and SQL permissions for all users?
Hi Mark,
It's by design - currently the account (either users or groups) needs DBO on the Veeam Database to work with the console.
Thanks!
