veeam 7 required permission is the vcenter 5.1

In the pdf of veeam 7 they say for quick migration -> resource relocate and migrate where can I fiind those permission in a vcenter 5.1??
In the sure backup the say global -> check licenses I only find license

Hi Koen,

For vCenter Server 5.1 you should be using Global -> License and Resource -> Migrate Powered On/Off VMs and Assign Virtual Machine to Resource Pool.

What does "Relocate" and "Migrate" mean under "Quick Migration' under Resource? I don't seem to see those vCenter permissions in vmware 5.5
