veeam 7 VM locked in the DB, cant remove the restore point

After a crached process with instant recovery, I asked support how to remove the task from the DB, Case # 00456045

Please do the following: 1. Backup of the DB (http://www.veeam.com/kb1471) 2. Run Select from top 1000 rows for dbo.VmssVMs table 3. Delete all of the sessions there: Delete FROM [VeeamBackup].[dbo].[VmssVms] where id=''

, but it seems now that the VM is still locked somewhere in the DB and I cant't remove the restore point before the crache. Are the other row that needs cleaning ?
