Veeam 9.0.0.1491 Auto Update License Error

When our Veeam Server run the license auto upgrade, the follow error show : The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. We are using Veeam 9.0.0.1491 version. Is there any suggestion about this situation? Thanks all for help.

and welcome to the forums.

The suggestion is to upgrade to V11 and use manual license generation / installation. 9.0.0.1491 is more than 5 years old and out of support. Failures in auto license generation are expected with that old software

This version is EOL so backend systems no longer support it.

I don‘t think, that you will get licenses for EOL Versions in the license Portal.
You need to update to a Version which is not end of life.
Your build is from March 2016. 5 years old Time to upgrade.

I currently don't understand why you want to upgrade the license key. These old versions just run "endless" as they are perpetual (not subscription). No need to update license keys.
